This presentation is for those looking to reduce tension and pain accrued from hours sitting at the desk, and learn how to prevent injuries which result from poor postural patterns. This series focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, wrists, and hands. Employees will learn simple postural cues and stretching tools to practice maintaining a neutral alignment of the joint structures and sustain physical functionality.
