This presentation is focused on how to relieve tension and pain from the low back and legs. The flexibility of the legs is key to healthy low back alignment and the ability to sit for long hours at a desk. Employees will learn postural cues that will help support alignment of the lower back, as well as stretches for the legs and low back that help to release tension.
