Looking at the position of the joints and bones through these range of motions Bryan can determine if you are in proper alignment. These are essential movements to learn how to do efficiently and with proper alignment. Your functional movement patterns will be assessed while showing you how to optimize your basic exercise program and or everyday movement patterns.

Stretching

Targeting the muscle that is tight is just as important as knowing what area of the of the body needs to strengthen/stabilize. This is essential for safe and proper stretching or else like in many standard stretching programs people end up actually hurting themselves. The stabilizing aspect creates muscular tone and strength that helps to create proper alignment and protects the joints. In addition to working on the muscles, this program goes into how to stretch fascia of the body. Learning how to stretch the fascia is an essential part dealing with more complicated tension pattens.

Proper joint mobility and stability is essential to prevent injuries and to have higher levels of physical performance. Learn a series of movements targeting the major joints of the body. This makes a great warm up for exercise’s or done as a general maintenance program to prevent injuries. These exercise’s can be done by any level of fitness and are done from the standing position. The exercises can be done in 5 to 15min and have big benefit when done consistently throughout your week.
